Got scammed by a fake puppy website after wiring money

I found this website for Lagotto Romagnolo puppies that looked totally legit. All the communication was through email and text. The photos and video of the puppy seemed real, so I went ahead and wired the payment they asked for.

Now they're coming back asking for another $6,000 for something they call "life insurance" to transport the dog, and they want it ASAP. That's when I knew it was an absolute scam. I did some looking and this same scammer also runs a site called catahoulapuppiesforsale.com. Both fake breeder sites have the same weird story about a U.S. Navy injury.

They're using a phone number, an email, and an address in Maple Valley, WA. I just want people to know so they don't get tricked like I did.
