Paid six hundred dollars for a golf cart and nothing showed up

I bought a golf cart online and paid six hundred dollars for it. That was a while ago and I still haven't gotten it. I never got any tracking or shipping info either.

I tried reaching out but nobody got back to me. I just want my money back or the golf cart. It's been frustrating because I needed this for work around my property.
