No way to cancel membership for Goodnovel and similar reading apps

I got signed up for Goodnovel and some other reading apps like Novella, Alpha Novel, Web Novel, Mono Reader, etc. I didn't even know I was signed up for multiple predatory apps. It was through a third party.

The charges are every week and they are outrageous amounts. I lost $100.00 so far. The subscription is not listed in my Apple ID profile at all. I can only see the charges on my card. There is no way to cancel the subscription myself. The website cancellation doesn't work either.

I tried calling the number (910) 975-1313 and emailing [email protected] but no luck. These apps need to be removed from the App Store and Google Play Store.
