Job posting on Facebook asked me to verify WhatsApp codes

I replied to a job posting on Facebook. We talked through email and Microsoft Teams. The email was from Jessica Ledbetter, [email protected].

Then the interviewer asked me to verify codes for WhatsApp. I said no because that was to verify my phone number on another device. I asked them to send a link to the official website and application portal instead.

I never got a response. I blocked all of them.
