Email about old debt with no proof and spyware on my computer

I tried to get their phone number and asked for documents to prove their case about possible litigation against me and they would not supply any. They are trying to collect an old debt I am not responsible for. This business hacked my computer with spyware.

They stated my email they had technical difficulties with their phone service and could not take calls. I have all their emails. They threatened upcoming legal consequences against me in 30 days if they received no money.
