Endless calls from scammers pretending to be Google

I keep getting these calls. They use all different numbers and names. Sometimes the caller ID says a community college, sometimes it's just a random person's name. It changes all the time.

They always say they're from Google, calling to help optimize search results. It's a scam. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and to stop calling, they just call even more. They change the name a little or the story, or use a different phone number. It's non-stop.
