Phone call about automatic renewal I never agreed to

I got a call from (828) 620-8526 and they said it was for my Google account and Norton Life Lock PC Protection. The person on the phone told me there was a prearranged automatic transaction that was going to be processed within 24 hours. I didn't sign up for anything like that.

Then I got an email from [email protected] saying the same thing. It felt really off. I never gave them permission to take any money out. They just kept talking about this renewal like it was already set up. No company name was on the letter they mentioned either. I didn't lose any money but it was confusing and a waste of time.
