Slot game on Google Play would not let me cash out

I played this slot game I got from the google play store for like 2 days straight. The way they advertise it, it looks like you can win and actually get your money out. But when I tried to cash out, it just wouldn't let me do it.

It's a total scam honestly. They make it look so easy on the ads and then you just get stuck. I didn't lose any money because I never put any in, but I wasted my time playing it. Just wanted to put this out there so other people know.

Fortune Royal slot game on Google Play wouldn't pay my winnings

That Fortune Royal slot game from the Google play store is the biggest scam I've ever seen. I wasted 3 days of my time playing it and when I won they just didn't pay me for what I won.

I tried to contact Google about it but I guess they don't care if people get ripped off. The email they had listed was [email protected] and the address is 6545 Market Ave N ste 100, Canton, OH 44721. The phone number was (822) 491-6628.

I don't know what else to do. They just took my time and gave me nothing back.
