Paid for a refrigerant cylinder but never got it

I ordered a refrigerant cylinder I found on Google Shopping. Paid $137 for it. That was a while ago and it never showed up.

I tried looking into it but the listing just disappeared. No tracking number no nothing. Just took my money and that was it. No way to contact the seller either. Feels like I got scammed out of $137.
