They signed me up for monthly payments without asking

I bought something online thinking it was a one time purchase. I paid 47 dollars and 99 cents. But then they just kept charging me every month. I never agreed to that.

I tried to get help but it's almost impossible to reach anyone. I even got a new credit card to stop it. But somehow they still get the new numbers and keep charging me. It's ridiculous.
