Clicked an ad, bought something, never got it and now they won't help
I never got the product so I tried emailing them. They sent me a China tracking number. I told them the post office said it wasn't there and I needed a USPS tracking number. They refused to give me one.
I even told Spotify about it with the same info. The company emailed me again with the same tracking info, no USPS number. I emailed them back saying I needed the USPS one because the post office didn't have it. Then the email came back as undeliverable.
