Ordered an item in January, still says processing with no updates

I made a purchase on gotbloop.com back on January 10th. It's now February 2nd and I still haven't gotten the item or any updates. The website just says "processing" and there's no tracking info at all.

I tried emailing the support address they list, but no one ever replied. I also called the customer service number. Sometimes it says it's not in service, other times it just rings a few times and then cuts off.

I just want either my money back or the product I paid for. This whole thing feels very scammy.
