Bought concert tickets but can't resell them because of their delivery method

I bought concert tickets and it looked like I was buying straight from the venue. They never told me I was buying resale tickets. I paid almost double face value and had no idea.

Now I can't go to the show. The way GoTickets delivers the tickets is some kind of secure wallet format that other sites like StubHub won't take. I called and emailed them asking if I could get the tickets in their original form so I could sell them. They said no.

So I'm stuck with tickets I can't use and can't resell. Lost $578.

Ordered tickets but got sick and they won't refund me

I ordered tickets for an event from their website gotickets.com. I ended up getting sick and couldn't go. I called the number (855) 680-3905 to ask about a refund.

They said no. They just said they can't provide a refund. I lost $218.00 on this. It doesn't seem right that I can't get my money back when I couldn't help being sick. I didn't even use the tickets.
