Getting constant loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times every single day. I never gave them my number and I never applied for any loan with them. I've told them to stop but they just keep calling.

It's so annoying and it feels like harassment. They won't leave me alone. I looked into it and the calls seem connected to a site called gotoinstamps.com. I have their address and email too but I shouldn't have to deal with this. I never asked for this.
