Googled passport renewal and got tricked by a fake government site

I was googling for how to renew my passport and their website, Gov+.com, came up first. They deliberately make it look like they're a government agency. They keep that up until they have your payment.

Then it becomes clear they're just some third party company. I could have gotten the same document for free through the actual government. I can't believe they got me. I feel so foolish. That's $97 straight down the drain.
