Got a text saying I won a grant, they wanted $67 upfront

I got a text message out of nowhere saying I won a government grant. They said if I paid $67, they would pay me $3,254 every month for a whole year. The phone number was (888) 458-0597 and they said they were in Florida.

It felt off right away. Who asks for money to give you a grant? I didn't send any money, but the whole thing just didn't make sense. They contacted me, I didn't sign up for anything.

Got a text saying I won money from a government grant program.

I got this text message out of the blue. It said I was selected for a government grant and to contact a number to claim it. I called and they said I needed to pay a $19.99 processing fee to get the money released. They said it was for signing up for class action lawsuits or something.

I paid the fee. That was weeks ago. I haven't gotten any grant money. Nothing. I tried calling the number back and it just rings. No one answers. I feel like I was tricked into paying that fee for nothing.
