Website charged me $106 for a passport application that was just a form

I went to GovSwift.com because I needed help with my passport application. The website made it sound like they would actually assist with the process. I paid them $106.00 for it. But all they did was charge me for the application itself. They didn't help with anything. It was just a worthless service. I didn't get any real help or support. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. I just feel like I paid for nothing.
