Ordered $145 worth of items and they looked nothing like the pictures

I ordered from this website and spent $145. When the stuff came it was just cheap junk, nothing like the photos online. The materials were really bad and just looked cheap.

I asked for a return or refund and sent them pictures of what I got. They wrote back saying they understood and it wasn't their usual quality. They said they processed a $20 partial refund as a goodwill thing and I could keep or donate the items. That was supposed to show up in 3 to 5 days.

I never got any refund at all. Not even the $20. So this place is a total scam.
