Ordered rings that took forever and never got a replacement

I ordered some rings from this website grace-jewels.com and it took forever to get them. When they finally showed up they looked like they came from a gumball machine or something. So I complained and they said they would resend them.

I still haven't gotten anything. Now their website is gone, it's not available anymore. There's still a tracking number they gave me but nothing comes up for it or the shop. I spent $65.90 on this.
