Voicemail about a pre-approved loan with no company name

Got a voicemail from someone named Grace Peters. She said she saw I was looking into getting a loan or some extra cash. She said she had a personal loan pre-approval for me with a low fixed rate. The number she left was 888-912-2643.

She said something about borrowing $27,000 at 5.5% and payments of $425 a month. Said it could be funded in two days. But there was no company name in the message, just her name. It felt strange. I didn't ask for this.

I didn't lose any money but the whole thing felt off. Just a random voicemail from a number I don't know.
