Ordered clothes with money back guarantee but they won’t take returns

I ordered 3 items from graceandanna.com because they said money back guarantee if any problem. The items came and they were really poorly made, like no way they could fit a normal person. So I tried to return them.

First they told me it would be better to pick a different size or product. Then when I kept insisting they said oh those were sale items so no returns. But everything on their website is listed as sale. Every single item. So basically nothing can be returned. I lost $144.38.
