Website claiming retiring couple selling jewelry but shipping costs too much

I ordered from this website graceful-pure.com. They said it was a jewelry store owned by a couple retiring. The jewelry is supposed to be free but then the shipping is expensive when you add it all together.

When I got the package everything came in small plastic bags with Chinese writing on them. The shipping label says it was returned from Franklin Park, IL so the shipping cost made no sense for what I paid. The jewelry itself looks cheap and the sizes are all wrong.

I tried to see about a refund but they only do refunds on the product not the shipping. So it's not even worth sending anything back. The website still has the same inventory up too. I didn't lose any money really but it was a waste of time.
