Ad showed big flower arrangement but only got one stem

I saw an ad on Facebook for these artificial flowers. The pictures and video showed a really nice big arrangement, enough to fill two large outdoor pots. So I ordered it.

What showed up was one single stem of flowers. It's barely big enough for a small vase. I could have bought something just like it at the dollar store for a dollar. I paid $19.98 for this. Their website is grandeox.com and their email is [email protected]. Just feels like a total waste of money.
