Ordered shoes for bunions but got cheap quality with no support

I ordered from Grant and Mercer because they described these shoes as great for people with foot problems like bunions. Sounded like a really functional shoe. But when I got them, not only are they not worth over $90, the quality is bad and there is no support in them at all.

They won't give me a full refund. They said if I return the shoes I have to pay 50 to 60 US dollars just for postage to send them back. I wrote to complain and asked for my money back. First they offered to refund 10% of what I paid. I said no way. Then they gradually went up to 30%. I still feel very cheated and disgusted.
