Ordered clothes from grantandmorgan.com, got poor quality items and never got my refund

I saw this website grantandmorgan.com and it looked legit, they had fashionable clothing. But there's no company address, just an email to contact them. I ordered something and it came from China into New York, then got shipped to me in Virginia. The product was poor quality and didn't even fit.

I tried to return it. At first they only wanted to give me 20% back and have me keep the item. I finally got them to agree to a full refund if I paid to send it back. The return address was in China. I still sent it back and it cost me $50.

It's been over 60 days since I returned it. I haven't gotten any credit. I tried emailing the company to ask about the status, and now the website address isn't even in service anymore. I have no other way to contact them. I don't recommend anyone do business with Grant and Morgan.
