Ordered sandals online but got cheap plastic instead

I ordered some ladies sandals from this website grantandmercer.com. The photo looked nice, regular price was 199.99 but they had it on clearance for 59.99, no taxes. There was no details about the materials or how to return it if I didn't like it.

It said they were in Toronto and free shipping with Canada Post, 30 day money back guarantee. But it came by Uni-Uni, not Canada Post. The shoes are totally made of plastic, poorly made, and not even the size I ordered. When I asked how to return it they said something about high cost of courier to overseas. They offered a different item for free or a 15% cash refund. I lost 59.95 dollars.

Package arrived weeks after I cancelled, now they want me to pay return shipping

I ordered something from GrantandMercer.com and then cancelled the order because it was taking forever. The package finally showed up weeks later. When I tried to cancel they said the order couldn’t be cancelled. So I asked to return it and get a refund. Now they are telling me I have to pay international return shipping which is at least $50 and there will be a long delay for any refund. Or I can keep the item and get a 20% discount instead of a refund. I thought I was buying from a business in Toronto. Turns out it’s some fast fashion Chinese company. I lost $64.95.
