Package arrived weeks after I cancelled, now they want me to pay return shipping

I ordered something from GrantandMercer.com and then cancelled the order because it was taking forever. The package finally showed up weeks later. When I tried to cancel they said the order couldn’t be cancelled. So I asked to return it and get a refund. Now they are telling me I have to pay international return shipping which is at least $50 and there will be a long delay for any refund. Or I can keep the item and get a 20% discount instead of a refund. I thought I was buying from a business in Toronto. Turns out it’s some fast fashion Chinese company. I lost $64.95. Their email is [email protected].
