Ordered a dress, got trash quality and a fake return policy

I saw a dress on Grayson and Porter and had my husband order it for me. When it finally showed up, the quality was just terrible. The fabric was cheap, the stitching was awful, and it didn't fit right at all.

I tried to return it. That's when they told me I'd have to pay a $39 shipping fee to send it back to China. Then they said they could "discount" the dress if I just kept it. Basically, they made it so you can't really get a refund. I just threw the dress in the trash. This is the worst scam I've ever come across.
