Ordered a hoodie from Great North Wear and got something totally different

I saw an ad for this hoodie from Great North Wear and ordered it. The website is greatnorthwear.com. Cost me $58.90. After I ordered I got an email from them and they admitted the product is not made in Canada. They begged me not to cancel and said give them a chance.

So I waited. The product finally arrived and it is not at all like what was in the ad. Really poor quality. I tried emailing them at [email protected] for a refund because their site says they will refund if you are not satisfied. But they are not responding to my emails now. I attached a photo of what I got. Your system only let me upload one photo but I would have shown what I ordered too.
