Ordered swim spa parts, got a weird credit card error and no way to contact them

I was trying to buy two of the Michael Phelps swim spa filter sets from greatpoolparts.com. The total came to $95. I put in my credit card info, but then it said my card had reached its limit for the day and to use another one. That didn't make any sense because I hadn't used that card at all recently.

So I backed out of the order and tried to find a way to contact the company. The only contact information listed was a personal Gmail address, [email protected]. I got suspicious and searched that email address online. It came up on a scam reporting site, ScamPulse.com, linked to some furniture company scam.

Now I'm just stuck. I never got the parts and the whole thing feels off. There's no real company phone number or address to call, just this Gmail.
