Got a weird postcard about my mortgage telling me to call immediately

I got this green postcard in the mail about my mortgage. It says it's a notice regarding my March 10, 2026 mortgage and that I need to call them about an important matter. It says it's time sensitive and to call 844-693-0615 as soon as possible.

I never heard of them. I don't have a mortgage with any date in 2026. The whole thing felt off. It just seems like a trick to get me to call that number. I didn't call, but getting mail like that is unsettling.
