Paid for chimney cleaning that didn't work, now they won't call back

I got a call from a company saying they clean chimneys, Green Services LLC. They came out and did the work and I paid them $329 by check, made out to that name. But after they left, there was still a bad smell in my house from the chimney.

I tried calling them about it. I used the number on the invoice, 240-241-0002, and also another number they used, (540) 900-9356. Nobody ever called me back. They just stopped answering. The invoice says they're based in McLean, VA. I paid for a service that didn't fix the problem and now I can't get ahold of anyone.
