Pictures made the wreath look way bigger than what showed up

I ordered something from Greetwork.com and the pictures on their site made it look like a nice big wreath made on a grapevine frame. What I got was tiny and on a cheap plastic frame and it was already broken when I opened the box.

I contacted customer service and they only offered me a partial refund. Their website says 100 percent satisfaction guarantee but that doesn't seem real. They wanted me to pay shipping to China to send it back and said it would be about $20. That's almost what I paid for it. So I'm stuck with a broken little wreath.
