Phone call about a legal order for someone else with a case number

I got a call from a guy named Greg Burke. He said there was a formal order that needed to be served about case number 139386 and I had to resolve it right away. He was calling about someone else but used my number. I know who that person is.

I don’t have any legal stuff against me but I can’t say for sure about the other person. It’s scary though. He called me twice and left a really aggressive voicemail. Said it was my last chance to fix things before more legal stuff happens and that the voicemail counted as official notice. The number he used was (856) 208-6924 and he said to call back at 855-285-2358.
