Ordered cheap dresses from Pinterest ad and got nothing

I was on Pinterest and saw this website selling dresses for 1.99. So I went to the site and ordered some. I even paid extra for the fastest shipping. They took my payment and gave me a tracking number.

But the tracking number has nothing attached to it. No movement, no info. Just a number that means nothing. I lost $78.00 total. I never got anything I ordered.
