Ordered grill brush bundle over a month ago still no refund
I emailed them on July 3, July 7, July 9, July 10, and July 14. They kept saying the items are taking longer than usual. I asked for a refund three times already and still nothing. No confirmation that a refund is coming or that I even got one. Now customer service won't reply to my emails at all.
I have all the emails if needed.
