Someone from Grindr asked for pics then said pay up or else
I was just on Grindr talking to someone for fun, you know just chatting and stuff. We were getting along fine and they asked me for some pictures. I didn’t think much of it so I sent a few.
Then out of nowhere they started demanding money. Said if I didn’t pay they would release the pictures to everyone I know. I never gave them anything but it really freaked me out. The number they used was (213) 659-6677 and they said they were in California. I don’t even know what to do now.

Got a message on Grindr offering to pay off my credit cards
Someone messaged me on Grindr saying they would pay my credit card debts. I had some free time, so I just played along. I made a Google Voice number and gave it to him. He sent me routing and account numbers to add to my credit card to make a payment. I didn't do it, obviously.
After stringing him along, I sent him screenshots of all the scam reports about him from online. Every single one.
