Got a postcard saying I have vouchers to claim, seems like a scam

I got this postcard in the mail. It says I have $309.64 in grocery and gas vouchers and to please scan or call the number right away. It says if I don't claim it, I'll automatically forfeit it. It had a personal claim number for me and said the hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time.

The number on it is (813) 579-5071 and it says the address is in Tampa, FL. I never signed up for anything like this. The whole thing feels off, like a scam to get you to call. I didn't call or lose any money, but getting this official-looking postcard is really misleading.
