Strange $125 charge from a company I never heard of
I found their email online at [email protected] and emailed them twice. First time was right after I saw the charge, and then again on July 7. Still no reply at all. Their website is groksolutions.com but there's no real address listed, just Napa, CA. Phone number they had was (210) 723-4114 but I haven't called because I don't know what to say. Just want my money back.
