Website makes you subscribe then won't let you cancel

I bought a shaver from groomie.club and their website automatically highlights subscribing to replacement blades when you order. So I guess I signed up for that without really noticing. Then when I tried to cancel the subscription the website says you cannot cancel until you receive the item and try it for 3 days.

So I waited but they never sent the replacement blades. I tried to track the order so I could tell them I never got it but the website does not let you track anything. I clicked the contact us link and asked how to cancel and they just tell you to log in and click cancel. I tried to do that and it gives me a message saying I can't cancel yet.

I emailed support at [email protected] and they tell you that you can cancel but you never actually get to cancel. They just keep taking your money. I lost $20.
