Got a weird text from someone named Joshua White about a case

I got a text message from a "Joshua White" saying he's from the GSB Mediation Department. He said it was imperative I call him back within the hour about some case number. I don't know anything about a case and I don't even know what company this is.

I'm in a bankruptcy right now and I have a lawyer. Anything legal would come from her, or come by mail or in person. So I didn't respond to this text. It just felt off.
