Ordered a cat tree from a Facebook ad and never got it

I saw this ad on Facebook for a cat tree that looked like a Christmas tree. It was buy one get one free for $39.99 plus shipping. I placed the order on November 26th.

I never received anything. I tried contacting them in early January to ask when it would ship, but nobody replied. I just tried again now and the whole site seems to be gone. I can't even pull up my order or see a tracking number.

Why does Facebook let these scammers run ads? I'm never doing that again.
