Ordered wood trim, never got it, and got a weird extra charge.
I ordered some wood trim moulding from GTSUSA. It was 99 cents, plus 11 dollars for shipping. I got an email from [email protected] saying my order was on the way and would be here in 3 to 15 days.
It's been a month now and I haven't gotten anything. No shipment, no updates.
Also, there was an extra 12 cent charge on my credit card from some random number. That didn't make sense. I just wanted the trim I paid for.
