Phone call pretending to be my life insurance company

I got a call from (385) 503-5223 and the person said they were from Guardian Life insurance. That's who I have my life insurance with so I listened. They asked if my address was still my address and I said yes. Right after I said it I got worried it was one of those yes scams where they record you. They didn't ask for money or anything but it felt off. I looked up the number later and it's from Bountiful, UT. No idea if it's really Guardian or not but I'm not calling them back.
