Credit card charged twice by a company I never ordered from

My credit card got charged $14.99 on May 25th by some company called Guide to be Healthy. I never placed an order with them and I never got any product. Then it happened again on June 24th, another $14.99. So that's almost 30 bucks total taken from my account.

I have no idea who these people are or how they got my card info. I didn't sign up for anything or buy anything from them. Just two random charges out of nowhere. I want my money back.

They took money from my account without my agreement

I got a charge on my account for $14.95 from something called Guide To Be Healthy. The money just came out. I never agreed to this or signed up for anything from them.

I looked it up and found their phone number is (866) 466-5981 and an email, [email protected]. They're listed in California. I don't know what this online purchase was for. I didn't authorize any payment to them at all.

They just withdrew the money. I never agreed to it.
