They called to place an order I never finished

I was looking at the gumitide website and put some stuff in my cart but then I decided not to check out yet. Then out of nowhere the Gumitide company called me and said they were placing the order for me anyway. They used my credit card info to do it.

Then they sent me a fake FRAUD message so I would call who I thought was my bank to get the charge removed. I called the number and the person asked for my social security number. I gave it to them. Turns out it was Gumitide pretending to be my bank the whole time. I lost $412 and now my identity is stolen. Do not trust them.
