Ordered a sweater from Gurache.com and never got it

I ordered a sweater from Gurache.com back on November 12th. It was $34.95. A month went by with nothing, so I emailed them on December 12th. They said processing was taking longer because of high order volume.

Now no one is answering my emails at all. I logged into the site to see about a refund, and it says my order was delivered on December 17th. That is not true, I never got anything. I tried reaching out again about a refund but there's just no response.
