Man on TikTok keeps trying to take money from my elderly mother

This guy Haaland Kent @haalandk21 keeps trying to get money from my 72 year old mother. She met him on TikTok. Her credit union actually stopped her first two attempts to take money out to send to him. I don't know how much she might have sent through cash apps already.

He's based out of Marysville, OH. His phone number is (937) 209-1689. I'm worried about how much she's lost. At least $1000 that I know of but probably more. I just want this to stop.
