A package I never ordered with cheap paintbrushes inside

I got a package delivered to my house that I never ordered. It was addressed to me, came from some place in Hicksville NY, 290 Duffy Ave. The sender name on it was Haher Mrren.

Inside the box was just cheap paintbrushes and glitter. I didn't order this, I didn't approve any purchase from this contact or company. No money was taken from me as far as I can tell but it's just strange getting stuff you didn't ask for.
