Poor quality clothes and impossible to return anything
Trying to return it has been a nightmare. I've sent so many emails and sat in their chat for hours with nobody answering. I think they just want you to give up. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get my money back. Lost about $54 on this.
Ordered clothes and parcel lost but they won’t refund me
But Halara keeps refusing to give me a refund. Every time I try to get my money back they just say they need to re-investigate again. The carrier already told them it’s lost so I don’t get why they keep doing this. I lost $147.
Their address is 40 Wall St, 28th FL Suite 2703A, New York, NY 10005. I just want my money back.
Ordered clothes from Halara on Facebook and got fake flowers instead
Their address on the package was 4733 Melton Rd, Gary, IN 46403. No company name on the flowers or anything. Just a random bag of fake flowers. I don’t know what else to call it but a phishing thing.
I never got what I ordered and they didn’t reply to anything. Just feels like a scam to make it look like they shipped something.
