Ordered an outfit for my son, never got it and still waiting for a refund

I ordered an outfit from Halawesen back in November for my son for Christmas. It was $50 plus $6 shipping, so $56 total. It didn't come in time for Christmas. I was tracking the shipping and then it just stopped. The tracking said the shipping was fraudulent and the item got confiscated.

I emailed the company. They said they'd send another outfit but wanted to charge me again. We went back and forth for weeks. Then they emailed and said they sent another item, but they never gave me a confirmation or a new tracking number. I waited until January and never got anything.

About two weeks ago I asked for a full refund. They refused until I emailed them over and over, maybe 10 or 15 times. Then they finally offered a $50 refund, not the shipping, so I agreed. That was on January 23rd. I still haven't gotten any refund, and I never got the outfit I paid for back on November 22nd.
